This gets produced under specific conditions...
 - possibly dirty vs reset local repo
 
somehow javaassist is not making it into the classpath
 
Upgrading the pom to
 
< tapestry.version > 4.1.5 </ tapestry.version >
< ognl.version > 2.7.3-SNAPSHOT </ ognl.version >
 
seems to hold water
